The art of asking questions; master this to win at life

Life sucks when you can’t enjoy it. When you can’t do what you feel like doing, buy what you feel like buying, or even travel where you feel like going.

This is why we, humans, try way so hard to be where we want to be in life, in other words, live our dreams.

We go here and there trying to get our daily bread. Just like fingers; are not have the same shape and size, same as humans. Some are successful already and some are trying to find a way to succeed. Dream chasers.

Every morning you wake and go for it, that is definitely a good sign you are getting closer to it, you making a step towards your greatness. Being all about it is one thing but knowing how to make the process short is another.  I don’t say you are doing it wrong, no, it is just as you do so, you are making this one mistake that you are not aware of and it is slowing you down.

You know what is it?

Don’t worry, in today’s post, we are going to dig deeper and see how to make the process short and live your dream life with no delay.

Success is beautiful. Success is sensational. Success itself is art. Success saves a soul from unnecessary stress. Also, success cannot be hidden, it speaks for itself.

One of the things that leave clues wherever it happens is success, there is no secret to how people become successful. Every successful person has something they do that is definitely known to everyone, including those who have none.

You don’t need to kill yourself to know what works, just ask. Ask those doing something how they do their business and make it work.

Every person today knows someone who is rich, but they would rather stay broke than ask how people become rich. They would rather judge others from afar instead of approaching them and asking them how they got to the top.

This is why most of you reading this article, especially if you have a different mindset from mine, you find it challenging to learn something. I am a person who has no jealousy for people doing better than me, so that is why I praise people mostly because I believe if they can do it, I too can do it. It is only the time difference that matters.

If today you are doing nothing, you have no business, whatsoever, you are not working, no job – meaning you are just a living being without purpose.

I said that to say this; start asking people questions. You don’t need a degree to ask how someone made it. You don’t need a degree to ask how someone runs a business or makes things work.

Don’t be selfish and pray for people’s downfall, instead learn from them and become like or more than them.

Do something today, and be all about it. Don’t listen to what people have to say. Some would definitely question how you managing, others would simply hate and say “you are not going anywhere”, pay them no mind. That is the mindset of a broke, negative person. They wish others failures, their hearts are filled with jealousy because of laziness.

My points on what to do to help yourself rise from what you are going through and see the outcome you wish for are;

• Start learning.
• Start asking questions.
• Start knowing what people do to earn a living.

Someone somewhere has built, someone somewhere is driving without much education. Some have started from 0 and today they are at 100, ask them what they did. If you don’t ask questions, you never know, you never progress in life. Instead, you will be hating people who are progressing and thinking they are boasting simply because your own denial and negativity within you, have failed you.

Yes, we get it, not everyone will be open and tell you what they exactly did to be where they are but that is not an excuse for you not to ask. Ask here and there. Just like in the class, you may ask this one, and might not give you the answer to the question you asked, but that won’t stop you from looking for the answer you need.

If you want it bad, you won’t feel shy to go after anyone you see and feel that can have the answer for what stops you from falling asleep at night.

Samuel Clemens, known by his pen name Mark Twain once said, “He who asks a question may be a fool for five minutes, but he who doesn’t ask a question remains a fool forever”.

The art of asking questions; master this to win at life

Be a fool for five minutes and win at life after that, or play the dumb card and live miserably for the rest of your life? The ball is in your hands, you choose.

But hey, wait..

I am here to encourage you and help shed a little light for you to see which way to follow. Since you are here and I am pretty sure you searched on Google or elsewhere and by God’s grace this article popped up, or maybe a friend that cares about you shared this with you, or you luckily saw this post on social media et cetera.

I would like to tell you that… ask, ask, ask. Ask now, ask tomorrow, ask the day after tomorrow, just ask, even though you should have started asking yesterday.

Never stop learning even from those you feel are below you. You can learn from them, then put ideas together and use them for your own growth.

Does success go along with friends?

First, your mental attitude determines what sort of friends you attract. If you want to be a positive, successful person be sure you choose your friends carefully. Positive friends and role models will have a positive effect on you, while negative friends will soon kill your initiative.

We have learned that to get to know how successful people made it in life is by asking, okay, so start off by asking yourself this question – do you think if you and your friends are not on the page of thinking, will come to a conclusion and go asking?

No!, right?

Don’t ever allow yourself to be lulled into complacency by the masses who believe mediocrity is an acceptable alternative. Focus on the possibilities for success, not the potential for failure. When you doubt, talk the situation over, not just with anyone you meet, but with a positive, supportive friend.

Everyone needs a boost now and again; make sure your friends are positive, success-oriented people who always build you, fill you up with positivity, and not negative thinkers who always seem to find a way to tear you down.

The takeaway

Don’t get distracted by who made it, or what they did, get motivated and focused on what you are going to do about it. Success doesn’t happen overnight, trust the process. As long as you do what is right, and not look elsewhere but forward, eventually, you gonna be there. The universe has a tendency of favoring someone that is stubborn.

Show it, the universe, how badly you want it.

There is a vast difference between failure and temporary defeat. There is no such thing as failure unless it is accepted as such. Every defeat is temporary unless you give up and allow it to become permanent. In fact, temporary defeat often makes us stronger and more capable.

Each time we try and fail, we learn something that helps prepare us for eventual success. Only in the classroom is there a single correct answer for every problem. If you try an approach that doesn’t work, try something else. Start to reach out, and ask, ask, ask.

When you ask, you gain something new, and even better that will help you go for it.

When you view adversity as nothing more than a learning experience, your success in life will far outnumber your failures.

Best of luck 🙂
